At NIYÉ, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Incorrect color/size selection
  
• Delay or "too long" in shipping

However, if your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Misprinted
  

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right. Notice: NIYÉ is a family run business and will handle emails and issues in the order of which they are received and are under no obligation to be held to a designated time frame.
